| 摘 要： | 地方高校作为高等教育中分布最广的部分，在全面建设小康社会的进程中，是实现我国高等教育大众化的主要途径。明确地方高校在社会经济、高等教育发展等环节中的战略优势t有助于更好地发挥地方高校在地方社会政治、经济、文化、教育发展中的服务、拉动、导向、教育等职能。

| Abstract: | Local colleges, a primary component in higher education, are the chief force to popularize national higher education in the course of building the well-off society in an all around way. Moreover, local colleges will play a better role in serving, directing and accelerating the local economic development if we are keenly aware of the strategic superiority of local colleges in economy, society and higher education development. |
