| 摘 要： | 国民经济核算体系是宏观经济调控与管理的重要依据和方法。随着经济全球化的进一步发展，各国宏观经济管理所方式与方法逐步趋同。近年来，为了适应可持续发展的需要，国际组织和大部分国家十分重视传统国民经济核算体系的“绿化”问题，即建立绿色国民经济核算体系，修改国民经济总量指标。本文探讨绿色国民经济核算的意义，系统分析绿色国民经济核算理论与方法的现状，并且针对我国的实际情况，提出建立符合中国国情的绿色国民经济核算体系的观点与建议。

| Abstract: | The System of National Accounts(SNA)is important basis for macroeconomi c control and management.Along with development of economic g lobalization,model and means of macroeconomic management of different countries progressively tend to bec ome similar.In order to adapt to sustainable development in recent years,in-ternational organizations and most countries pay attention to the probl ems of green system of national accou nts,that is,to establish green system of nati onal accounts and modify economic aggregates.This paper discusses sign ificance of green system of national accounts,analyses current theories and meth ods of green system of national accou nts,expresses his ideas on green system o f national accounts suited to the con dition of China. |
