公费师范生新教师职业适应性调查研究——以福建省小学教育专业(专科层次)公费师范生为例

摘    要:选取92位教龄在1~2年的小学教育专业(专科层次)公费师范生为样本,采用调查研究方法,深入探究其职业适应现状及困难。研究结果显示,公费师范生新教师对职业适应水平总体评价较好,但其在职业适应中遇到的教育教学环境、教师职业认同、教师职业能力和职业心理等问题依然值得关注。调研提出营造教育教学良好环境、提高教师声望待遇、强化教师职业认同、提升教师职业能力和科学管控职业压力5种途径,以期为提升新教师职业适应性和公费师范生培养质量提供新的思路。

Investigation on New Teachers' Occupation Adaptability of Government-Supported Teaching Majors: A Case Study of Government-Supported Teaching Majors with Associate Degrees of Primary Education in Fujian Province

Abstract:Through questionnaire surveys and statistical methods,this paper selects 92 government-supported teaching majors with associate degrees of primary education who have 1-2 years teaching experience as samples,and explores their occupational adaptation status and difficulties. The result shows that the new teachers have a positive overall evaluation in terms of occupational adaptation,but the problems encountered in the education and teaching environment, teachers’ occupational identity, occupational competence and occupational psychology are still prominent. There are five methods put forward to provide new thoughts for the improvement of new teachers’ occupation adaptability and the training quality of government-supported teaching majors,including further creating a good environment for education and teaching,improving teachers’ prestige and treatment,strengthening teachers’ occupational recognition,enhancing the occupational ability of new teachers,and managing occupational stress scientifically.
