Abstract:The author studies the monascus mycelium and its fermentative filter liquid by using animal experiment. The result shows that it can keep mice from over fat and obviously increase the endurance of swimming. After exercise, their blood sugar is slightly decreased, and the ability of anaerobic metabolism is improved.
