| 摘 要： | 杭州教育培训消费券在实施过程中取得了一定的成效,但仍存在问题,为此应加强政府的主导作用;强化培训与创业就业的倒逼机制,推进高校人才培养改革;编制教育培训产业的发展规划;规范培训市场,促进培训产业可持续发展;加强对培训行业的管理;提高培训机构的竞争力;优化教育培训消费券的政策执行环节.
