| 摘 要： | 主要从社会学的角度出发,结合我国大学生的现状特点,对大学生从事休闲体育现象进行了阐述,系统的对大学生进行休闲体育的动机进行了分析,对今后大学生从事休闲体育现象提出了自己的看法。分析结果表明休闲体育形式多样化、表现各异、实效有趣、宽松愉悦等特点适合当代大学生的需求,有助于大学生形成长久的体育行为、体育习惯和体育意识,更能体现实现学生健康、提高学生生活质量的作用。

| Abstract: | From the point of sociology,considering the situation in my country,this paper discuss the phenomenon which university students take Leisure sports and analyzes the motive systematic,at the same time,put forward several suggestions on university students why they take Leisure sports..The analysis result states that the leisure sport is rich in content,recreation,freedom and width which meets the needs of students and social progress.Leisure sport also will help university students achieve long sports behavior,sports habit and sports consciousness.The result even states leisure sports can embody that university students obtain health and enhance the level of lives. |
