| 摘 要： | 文章以元认知理论和自主学习理论为基础，以计算机网络环境下的大学生为研究对象，对元认知和大学生英语网络自主学习的几个要素进行了研究。探讨了新的教学模式中，学生自主学习元认知能力的培养。并就如何充分发挥网络环境下的优势、调动积极要素、提高教学效果提出了个人见解。
