| 摘 要： | 综观人类社会发展的历史，文化的作用表现在对社会发展的导向，对社会的规范、调控，以及对社会的凝聚作用和社会经济发展的驱动上。应通过建设和谐文化，营造和谐的社会氛围，为和谐社会培育必需的社会环境，用和谐文化培育人、塑造人，丰富人们的精神内容，提升人们的精神境界，引导人们树立和谐的思想观念和思维方式，使和谐的理念成为全社会的重要价值取向，使和谐文化与和谐社会的构建相互交融、相互促进、共同发展。

| Abstract: | Looking at the historical development of human society, the role of culture embodies the guidance of the social development and the norms and regulation of society, but also the social cohesion and the promotion of socio-economic development. We should create a harmonious social atmosphere for fostering the harmonious society social environment, and fostering a harmonious culture, enriching people＇s spiritual content, enhancing people＇s spiritual realm, and guiding people to foster a harmonious ideas and ways of thinking. The concept of harmonious society as a whole becomes an important value orientation, for mutual promotion and common development of the harmonious culture and the construction of a harmonious society. |
