| 摘 要： | 公序良俗原则的适用体系是指从立法上和司法上对公序良俗的具体适用按照一定的标准分类组合而形成的一个呈体系化的有机联系的制度设计整体。我国应在确定公序良俗原则的适用体系构建原则的基础上，设计具体的体系内容，并为完善该体系采取必要的措施。

We should determine the principles on establishing the application system of public order and good custom in China, then design the concrete system content, and take the essential action to perfect the system. |
