不同人才知识特点、知识能力、知识建构的比较研究

摘    要:我国高等教育的人才培养观经过了从“专才”到“通才”,再到“元才”的变迁,但教育模式并未发生相应变革,致使“专才”的知识特点落后,“通才”的知识特点亦难以实现。“元才”的知识建构则采用信息化教育的理念与模式,能够充分利用信息化教育对于知识建构结构化强、特异化低的特点,并发挥其在应变、认知、创新等能力培养方面的优势。

Abstract:The concept of cultivating personnels of Chinese high education changes from the specialist to the generalist and to the yuanist, but the changes of the education model has not occurred correspondingly. It results in the specialists' knowledge feature falling behind. The knowledge construction of the yuanist adopts the idea and model of the informationization education, which is utilized for its qualified knowledge structure, and its advantages in adaptability, cognition, and innovation.
