| Abstract: | On the basis of the criminal reconciliation legislation construction and the new procuratorial work, empirical analysis and regulation design of the criminal reconciliation in Yongchuan are carried out so as to construct the harmonious judicatory and reduce social contradictions, whose ultimate objective is to create a favorable legal environment for the openness, exploitation and development of Chongqing. |
