| 摘 要： | 随着村级债务化解工作的深入，一些深层和难点问题凸显出来，依据妤部分村级债务的调查，要解决当前村级债务化解中的困难和问题，应从制度、政策、措施等方面开展工作，通过制度建设从根本上解决村级债务。
