| 摘 要： | 台湾地区高等职业教育在世界名列前茅，为台湾培养了一批质佳技优的人才，其较为发达的一个重要原因在于台湾拥有一批创新型的职业教育师资队伍。台湾地区师资培养具有严格的学分规定，丰富多样的学科课程；系统的实习制度，详实的实习记录和反馈；开放的进修制度，灵活的进修培养方式的特点。通过对台湾技职院校教师职前培养、在职进修方式进行探析，可以为大陆地区高等职业院校师资培养提供借鉴。

| Abstract: | The higher vocational education in Taiwan comes out in front in the world and has cultivated a lot of excellent talents. One of the important reasons is that it boasts a large number of innovative vocational education teachers. Taiwan has strict credit requirements and various curriculums, systematic and detailed records of teaching practice and flexible on-job training systems. By exploring the characteristics of pre-training and in-service training of teachers in Taiwan, this author hopes that the successful experience will provide some reference and help for higher vocational education in mainland China. |
