| 摘 要： | 针对网络环境下高校图书馆流通工作的特点以及现实工作中出现的一些问题，提出了一些进一步完善计算机管理的方法。并提出在新的环境下，要提高流通服务质量，必须提高人员素质，更新服务观念，坚持“读者第一”的理念。
