| 摘 要： | 本文针对企业知识状态及其属性,详细分析了属性的内在特征,认为企业知识状态表现为企业拥有知识状况和利用知识状况两个层面;阐述了属性间的关系和相互作用机理,认为企业知识状态属性间并非简单加总,体现了静态和动态的结合,属性的量变与质变都会引起知识状态的变化和进一步演化,只有配置合理才能体现企业的竞争优势。

| Abstract: | This paper analyzes the constitution of knowledge state attributes.Contraposing each attribute connotation,we described its inherent characteristics in detail,and analyze the structure of attribute of enterprises knowledge state,which may be classified in two sorts and they are possessing knowledge station and utilization knowledge station.Combining the relationship and interaction mechanism among knowledge state attribute,we believe that only rational allocation can reflect the competitive advantage of enterprises,not total increase the knowledge state attribute.The quantitative change or breakthrough of attribute will lead to a qualitative change in the knowledge state,it may make more reasonable match between knowledge state attributes. |
