| 摘 要： | 随着时代的发展，高校学生管理环境、大学生群体的现状呈现了新的特点。在分析了当前高校学生工作管理体系的基础上，本着贴近学生、贴近实际的原则，从增设机构、创新制度；进一步理顺相关部门之间的关系，全员参与；利用现代信息平台等方面，为新时期高校学生工作管理体系的重构提供了思路。
