| 摘 要： | 通过分析信息化和谐的内涵和构成,构建信息化和谐指数测量的二阶段模型,以2001～2007年中国31省市信息化水平为评价对象,运用灰色关联度评价法测量31省市的信息化水平,在此基础上从信息化水平在31省市间分布均衡的视角,借助扩展基尼系数计算方法,测量2001～2007年中国信息化和谐指数,得到中国区域信息化水平逐年提升,但和谐指数逐年扩大,呈现两极分化趋势的结论。
