中小学武术教学:传播健康、和谐与文化

摘    要:文章运用文献资料和专家访问等研究方法,针对中小学校武术教学中存在的问题以及我国大中城市中青少年的“习练跆拳道、空手道热”等现象提出了中小学武术教学的新理念:传播健康、快乐与文化,并分别从中小学生对健康、快乐与文化需求的必要性和武术所蕴涵的健身功能、和谐内涵、民族文化及民族精神分析了中小学武术教学新理念提出的依据,旨在提高中小学武术教学质量,传承武术文化,弘扬民族精神。

Abstract:With the methods of documentation, expert interview, the paper studies the existing problems in primary and middle school Wushu teaching and the phenomena of children practicing Takwondo and Karate in cities, and argues that Wushu teaching in primary and middle schools can spread health, happiness and culture. From the necesity of primary and middle school students' needs in health, happiness and culture and Wushu's connotation of keeping health and harmony, nation culture and spirits, the paper analyses the coming of the new Wushu teachingconcept in priamary and middle schools, for the aim of improving the Wushu teaching effect, spreading Wushu culture and developing nation's spirits in primary and middle schools.
