| 摘 要： | 自从党的十六大提出"党内民主是党的生命,对人民民主具有重要的示范和带动作用"以来,学术界对于党内民主与人民民主关系的研究日益增多。文章梳理了学术界关于党内民主与人民民主之间的关系尤其是党内民主对人民民主的带动和示范作用、人民民主对于党内民主的推动作用以及二者在目标、动力、实现形式上的异同。

| Abstract: | Inner-party democracy is the life of the Party and plays an important and leading role in people's democracy.This article reviews the relations between inner-party democracy and people's democracy,especially on the exemplary and leading role of inner-party democracy for people's democracy,the impetus role of people's democracy for inner-arty democracy and the similarity and differences of these two in goal,motivation and the form of implementing. |
