百部中单宁的提取工艺优化

摘    要:通过对提取剂的浓度与PH值、提取时间等条件的调控,采用L9(34)正交实验,Folir-Denis法测定提取液中单宁含量。结果显示乙醇浓度为50%,PH值为3,提取3h为最佳提取工艺,所测百部的单宁含量为0.93%。该方法稳定可靠,RSD为2.96%,重现性良好,加样回收率为97.2%。

Extraction Process of Tannic Acid from Stemona Sessilifolia (Miq.) Miq.

Abstract:In order to make full use of the resource of Stemona sessilifolia (Miq.) Miq,the extraction of tannic acid from it is studied. The optimal process of the extraction is sought by controlling the concentration and pH as well as extracting agent and extracting time. The content of the tannic acid in the extraction is determined by the orthogonal test and Folir-Denis method. The results shows the optimal process includes extracting agent of 50 % alcohol,pH of 3,and extracting time of 3 hours. The content of the tannic acid in the extraction is 0.93%,and RSD is 2.96% and the rate of recovery is 97.2%.
