| 摘 要： | 本文分析影响城市圈轨道交通发展的内部和外部影响因素,采用层次分析法进行综合权重赋值及内外部影响因素加权评分值,进而构建SWOT分析矩阵,分析发展轨道交通的优势、劣势、机遇、威胁等;并结合实例说明本方法在城市圈轨道交通发展战略制定中的应用.

| Abstract: | In this paper, the inner and exterior influence factors about the metropolitan railway traffic development are snalysised, The analytical hierarchy process is used to value the influence of the factors,and weight comprehensive. Then the SWOT matrix is structured to analysis the strength, weakness, opportunity and the threat. An example is shown which used the method. |
