| 摘 要： | 在当代中国和社会发展动力上,科技进步已被提高到战略高度。我们党把科教兴国战略与可持续发展战略并举体现了我们对科学技术与可持续发展之间的辩证关系的科学认识。可持续发展的科学内涵透视出其实现目标主要有三:经济目标、环境目标和社会目标,这三个目标直接内含了科学技术进步的要求,历史和现实都证实了科学技术的进步是可持续发展的重要支撑。

| Abstract: | In term of the power for modern China's social development,the scientific progress has been highlighted to strategic level.The Chinese Communist Party stresses the strategies of education and sustainable development implies their deep understanding on the dialectic relation.The view of sustainable development include the ecenomic goal,environment goal and social goal,which contain the requirement of the technological advancement.It has been proved by history and reality that the technological advancement is the main support for the sustainable development. |
