| 摘 要： | 国家助学贷款是由政府主导、财政贴息，银行、教育行政部门与高校共同操作的专门帮助高校贫困家庭学生的银行贷款。由于国家助学贷款实行的是无担保、靠信用维持的方式，因此出现了贷款大学生中不按时还贷的失信现象，其危害是多方面的。针对这些问题．文章探讨了在当前形势下．助学贷款大学生诚信缺失应采取的对策。认为应采取两课教育、校园文化浸润等系列措施．把诚信教育贯穿于大学生思想政治教育的始终．建立完善的大学生诚信约束机制．使大学生诚信缺失的状况能得到彻底的改变．以推动国家助学贷款政策的顺利执行。

| Abstract: | The system of providing college student loans is govcrmment-orientcd, interest subsidy by national finance, managed and controled by banks, educational departments and colleges to help the poor college students. However, there are many examples of dishonesty for failing to return the student loans on time just because of the feature of no-guarantee-based and honesty-based. To solve these problems, this paper discusses the countermeasures--- having the honesly-edueation go through the student＇s college life and establishing complete honesty mechanism of college students, so as to promote the policy of state loans for students loans successfully. |
