| 摘 要： | 现代管理缺乏对于知识作业难度的基础研究，从而造成了管理的缺陷。在总结已有文献的基础上，分析知识作业本身的特性，以及知识员工在处理知识作业时所运用的心智操作，提出了影响知识作业信息加工过程难度的因素。在对188份问卷的分析基础上，建立了知识作业信息加工过程难度的验证性模型。

| Abstract: | There are few researchs on the difficulty of the knowledge work that lead to the limitation of the management.Considering the characteristics of the knowledge work and information-processing process,the factors that influence the difficulty of process in knowledge work were advanced,and a confirmative model was built up based on 188 questionnaires. |
