| 摘 要： | 从制度视角切入探讨我国大学教学管理制度，并认为学年学分制是学年制向学分制变迁的“路径依赖”，是学年制向学分制变迁的必然产物，因此，不宜过早地否定学年学分制。

| Abstract: | The article probes into the teaching management system of universities in our country from the perspective of institution and holds that the academic year with credit system is a pillar in the transition from academic year system to that of a pillar in the transition from academic year system to that of the credit and is an inevitable result of such a transition as well. Therefore, it is too early to take a negative attitude towarde the academic year with credit system. |
