| 摘 要： | 农村基础教育的发展事关我国和谐社会构建这一战略大计的实施。农村中小学校长的素质决定农村基础教育的水平和质量。国家“十一五”教育发展规划重视对农村中小学校长的培训工作,本研究紧密结合实际,成果为我省中小学校长培训领导机构制定相关规划和培训政策提供参考。

| Abstract: | In order to carry out the strategy to construct the harmonious society,the key thing is to develop the basic education in countryside.The level and quality of the basic education in countryside depends on the quality of the principals in elementary and middle schools.The training of the principals in elementary and middle schools is important in the development of national education in the "11th Five-Year Plan".The conclusion of the study from the objective reality provides the reference of plan and training policy for the leading bureau dealing with the training of principals in elementary and middle schools in our province. |
