| 摘 要： | 借鉴产业组织理论,从交易成本角度指出联盟对各环节资产专用性、市场不确定性和交易频率因素的综合分析是产业链组织模式选择的理论依据.在此基础上,对联盟与要素供应环节、与销售环节的各组织模式及其运行机理进行深入分析,指出市场经济条件下职业体育产业链的组织模式总体上呈现混合式的运行模式. |
