| 摘 要： | 以江西师范大学体育学院青少年体育俱乐部的运作实践为例，从建设、管理、经营、宣传等方面出发，对青少年体育俱乐部进行全面分析，指出制约俱乐部发展的主要问题是认识滞后，组织机构和经营模式欠合理，产权关系不清晰，建议提高认识，协调好各方面关系，明晰产权关系，转换经营机制。

| Abstract: | This article is based on the practical functioning of a physical club owned by Physical Education Department of Jiangxi Normal University.It starts with the construction,management,operating and promotion of physical club for adolescent.This article also offers you the all-round analysis of physical club for adolescent and points out the main problems which hinders the process of club.Finally it offers you the suggestions and resolutions to the healthy development of club. |
