| 摘 要： | 当前中国体育教育专业的教学普遍忽视学生实践教学能力的培养。实践教学能力主要包括基本语言表达能力、对技术动作的理解和表述能力、动作示范能力、教学组织管理能力等，是体育教育专业学生不同于其它体育专业学生和人才的根本差异，是学生今后职业能力的必备条件。通过实验教学发现：在术科教学中有意识的加入培养学生实践能力的环节，不仅不会影响学生的技术、技能学习，还反而会促进学生技术动作的提高，更为重要的是提高了学生体育课的教学实践能力，这为学生今后就业、走入社会奠定了坚实的基础。
