| 摘 要： | 1787年《关利坚合众国宪法》和1982年《中华人民共和国宪法》两部宪法在各自的国家发挥着不同程度的作用，宪法文本的质量在一定程度上业已成为衡量一个国家政治文明的重要因素。中关宪法文本的概况、明细和特征等三方面的比较说明，尽管中关宪法在宪法的目标、宪法的功能、宪法的语言、宪法的完善和宪法的实践方面存有一些共同点，但在文本字数、条文数目、框架设计、修改频率、理念追求和实际运用等方面存有较大的差异。当前我国立法工作的重中之重是提高宪法文本的修饰质量及其实施力度。

| Abstract: | The constitution is the fundamental law of a country. ＂Constitution of the United States＂ in 1787 and ＂Constitution of the PRC＂ in 1982 play different role in their own countries. It has been the subject of academic debate that the perfect or not of the text of the constitution should whether or not be the signs of a nation＇ s political civilization. In order to response and explain this issue, empirical research methods will be used and the change of the text of these two constitutions will be introduced briefly in this paper. By anglicizing and studying these two constitutions based on the view of text analysis while anglicizing the text, the text changes and the differences in application of these two constitutions, we can draw a conclusion： the text language of a constitution has certain influence on the constitutional amendment and practice, but the function of the constitution is mainly a symbolic role while the effect of this function depends on the specific application in practice. |
