| 摘 要： | 对一个国家或地区来说,高新技术产业集群不仅是其发展高新技术产业的有效载体,也是获取其产业竞争力乃至国际竞争力的核心区域。本文通过对比分析美国硅谷地区、英国剑桥工业园、印度班加罗尔地区等国际上成功的三个高技术产业集群,从而总结它们发展的经验,得出启示。 |

| Abstract: | For a country or region, hi-tech industrial cluster (HIC) is an available platform for the development of the hi-tech industry, and is the core during the course of gaining industrial competitiveness and international competitiveness. After analyzing and comparing International HIC Models of Silicon Valley, Cambridge Industrial District and Bangalore from India,this paper sums up their experiences and attains lots of inspirations. |
