| 摘 要： | 社区管理与服务专业人才不仅需要有专业理论知识、职业技能、健康的身体、良好的心理素质和职业道德,还需要有艺术基础,唯有如此才能培养综合素质高的专业人才。在专业人才培养过程中,重视艺术教育,开展专业学生艺术实践教学,成为专业人才培养教学中的一个重要组成部分,也成为社区管理与服务专业人才培养的一个特色。
