摘    要:21世纪的中国高等教育事业面临着各种机遇与挑战,需要形成一套符合实际的、用以指导改革与发展的思想理论体系。引导未来发展的中国高等教育思想体系,应由三部分构成,即高等教育社会思想体系、高等教育自身思想体系以及高等教育改革与发展的基本行动准则。其中,21世纪初中国高等教育社会思想体系(包含政治教育观、经济教育观、文化教育观)正在发生变化;而高等教育自身思想体系的核心理念是人文与功利相统一的价值观、可持续发展的发展观、合格和谐多样的质量观;坚持世界性与民族性统一则是高等教育改革与发展的基本行动准则。

Abstract:Chinese higher education in the 21st century is faced with various opportunities and challenges. A theoretical system of ideology is needed to guide the reform and development. The ideological system of Chinese higher education for guiding future development should be composed of three parts: social ideological system, ontological ideological system of higher education and basic operational principles of higher education reform and development. To elaborate, the social ideological system at the beginning of the 21st century (including political views of education, economic views of education, and cultural views of education) is undergoing changes; the essential idea of the ontological ideological system of higher education is embodied in values combining humanism and utilitarianism, sustainable development view, and quality view of harmony and multiplicity; the basic operational principle is to coordinate internationality and nationality.
