| 摘 要： | 新疆少数民族传统体育内容丰富、形式多样、风格独特，具有较高的健身性、娱乐性和观赏性。本文通过文献资料法、田野实证法、专家访谈法等方法对新疆不同民族、不同风俗、不同宗教信仰的少数民族聚居区的民族传统体育进行比较研究，分析其现状并提出发展思路，力求寻找发展新疆少数民族传统体育的新道路。

| Abstract: | The traditional sports in XinJiang minority region are characterized by its abundant items, various form, and unique style with high value of health, entertainment and enjoyment. By using the methods of literature review, field work and expert interview, this paper analyzes the differences of their traditional sports among different people, custom and faith in the minority region and put forward some suggestions for the development of traditional sports of minority regions of Xinjiang. |
