| 摘 要： | 我国的高职教育正面临如何实现从做大到做强的持续科学发展的现实课题。科学发展观是指导高职教育发展的世界观和方法论。高职教育科学发展观的应有内涵：人是发展的主体、“双高”是发展的主线、合作是发展的加速器、就业是发展的导向。要用科学发展观全面客观地认识当前高职教育发展面临的问题：做大与做强问题、专业与人才问题、定位与规划问题、质量与特色问题。要以科学发展观为指导，努力实现做强的新发展。
