| 摘 要： | 改革初期,对国企的股份制改革曾其说不一.经过二十多年理论和实践的探索,党的十六届三中全会把股份制作为公有制的主要实现形式,表明公有制特别是国有制找到了一个与市场经济相结合的有效途径和形式,是国企改革的重大突破.股份制作为公有制的主要实现形式是社会主义市场经济体制的必然要求;是国有企业适应市场、提高经济效益的必然要求;是巩固公有制主体地位的需要;是发展非公有制经济的需要.

| Abstract: | At the beginning of the reform,we have different opinions about the joint-stock companies.After twenty years'explorations in the theory and practice,the joint-stock company is regarded as the main way of realizing public ownership in the third plenary session of the16th CPC National Congress,which shows the public ownership is an effective way to combine with the socialist market economy.It is a breakthrough in the reform of State-owned enterprises.The joint-stock company,as the main way of realizing public ownership,is the demand of establishing the socialist market economy,improving the economic efficiency of the state-owned enterprise,consolidating the dominance of the public sector of the economy,and developing the economy of non-public sectors. |
