| 摘 要： | 一般地方高校自主创新能力的提高既有利于促进大学科学研究、学科发展和学术水平和教育教学质量的不断提高,也有利于更好地促进地方经济发展、社会进步,也是建立和完善国家科技创新体系、增强国家自主创新能力的需要。一般地方高校应准确定位,树立科学的发展理念和创新观;面向地方,加强应用性研究;强化基础,加强实践教学,培养创新人才,不断培养和增强自主创新能力。

| Abstract: | The enhancing of self-determination innovation ability in common local university can be in favor of promoting the scientific research,subjects developmet,academic level as well as the quality of teaching and education;It also can be in favor of local economic development and social progress.It is the need for building scientific technology innovation system and perfection to strengthen our national innovation ability.The local universities should establish scientific ideas of development and innovation;they should serve the region where it is and strengthen the application study;it should consolidate the foundation and reinforce the practical teaching in order to foster and boost up the ability of self-determination innovation. |
