高等院校管理学科案例教学亟待加强

摘    要:自从哈佛商学院在1921年首创案例教学法并取得明显效果以来,案例教学已成为全球工商管理教学的流行模式。但我国管理学科教学长期以来一直存在着重理论轻实务、重传授轻参与的问题。很多学生只能被动地接受书本上的理论知识,这对于实践性、应用性很强的管理学科来说,无疑是纸上谈兵。很难让学生及时消化、融会贯通,同时也很难激发学生的学习热情。因此,在高等院校管理学科中引入案例教学,是我国管理学科教学改革的必然要求。管理学科实施案例教学,必须处理好案例的收集和编写、案例分析的程序和方法、案例教学与理论教学的关系等问题。

Abstract:Since Harvard School of Business started the case-based teaching in 1921 and achieved great success, the case-based teaching has been a very popular mode of teaching in business teaching around the world. But in China, there has existed for a long time a problem of attaching too much importance to theory at the expense of practice, with overwhelming lecturing and little student participation in the classroom teaching. In this way, it is very difficult for students to absorb the knowledge or to be interested in the subject. Therefore, the introduction of case-based teaching is a natural demand in the teaching reform of business management. In the application of the method, attention should be paid to the collection and writing of the cases, procedures and methods of case analysis and the relationship between case-based teaching and theory teaching.
