| 摘 要： | 目前中国农村社会养老保险严重滞后于社会经济发展的客观要求。醉译制约中国农村社会养老保险制度发展和改革的突出问题进行了分析，指出应着力于建立适应市场经济发展需要而且能与城镇养老保险体制衔接的农村社会养老保险制度。

| Abstract: | Today the old -age insurance system i n Chinese rural areas has lagged behi nd the requirements of social and economic development.The paper points out that a social old -age insu rance system should be built and the system should be adapted to the needs of market economic development and b e integrated with the system in Chi-nese cities and towns after analyzin g some of the key problems that are ham pering system reform and its develop-ment in rural areas. |
