| 摘 要： | 师德建设是办好学校的根本所在, 是教育改革和发展的重大举措, 是培养社会主义现代化建设者和适应市场经济新型人才的需要。在新的历史时期, 师德建设面临着诸多因素的影响, 如何应对挑战, 确保高校师德建设健康持续发展? 现就新时期高校师德建设中存在的问题和应采取的对策作了粗浅的探析。

| Abstract: | Teachers' Ethical Education is the essence of a fameus university,an important step taken in educational reform and developrment,and the need of training modern socialist builders and the adjustment of the new type of talents to the market economy.Teachers' ethical education faces many influences in the new historical period.How do we face challenges to ensure the healthy and sustainable development of the university teachers' ethical educafion?The paper makes a tentative approach to the problems existing in university teachers' efhical education in the new era and the measures to be taken. |
