| 摘 要： | 近年来,伴随着高校的扩招,大学生就业形势日益严峻。科学合理的职业选择观可以帮助大学生正确认识自身价值,端正就业取向,从而迈出成功就业的第一步。作为影响人类历史进程的伟大思想家,马克思青年时代就形成了自己的职业选择观。马克思认为选择职业需要认真权衡,选择高尚的职业,职业选择要考虑自身和外在多重因素的影响。新时代的大学生,在就业价值取向上呈现出自主性较强的特点,同时也存在功利性突出、奉献精神较为薄弱的倾向。学习马克思的职业选择观,可以帮助大学生正确全面地认识自身,坚定理想信念,矢志不渝地去从事高尚的事业。

| Abstract: | In recent years,with the expansion of college enrollment,the employment situation of college students is increasingly severe.A scientific and rational view of career choice can help college students correctly understand their own value,correct employment orientation,so as to take the first step of successful employment.As a great thinker who influenced the course of human history,Marx formed his view of career choice in his youth.Marx believed that choosing a career requires careful trade-offs and chooses a noble career;Career choice should consider the influence of their own and external multiple factors.In the new era,college students are more independent in employment,more utilitarian and less dedicated.By studying Marx's view of career choice,college students can have a correct and comprehensive understanding of themselves,set up firm ideals and beliefs,and unswervingly pursue noble careers. |
