| 摘 要： | 本文以三螺旋理论为借鉴,探索我市科技型中小企业的创新模式。本文分析了天津市近五年部分科技型中小企业创新基金报告,对目前我市科技型中小企业的创新合作活动现状进行了论述,并提出了三螺旋创新模式。

| Abstract: | In the context of the emerging industries of strategic importance,the paper explores the innovation mode of Small and Medium Technology Based Firms in Tianjin.The paper analyses a part of the innovation fund reports in the last five years in Tianjin,and disscuss the innovation level of small and medium enterprises in Tianjin,then give the Three-Helix innovation mode. |
