| 摘 要： | 社会工作作为现代化的职业活动,它在缓解困难、促进发展、推动社会公平方面有重要的现实意义,已经成为我国公共服务体系中不可或缺的一部分。然而甘肃省因其特殊的社会历史原因,社会工作专业发展还面临着一系列问题,尤其是专业人才建设问题已经成为甘肃省社会工作发展的瓶颈。因此,为了从总体上把握甘肃省社会工作人才队伍的发展状况,了解发展困境,探讨应对策略,笔者通过实地调研认为甘肃省的社会工作人才队伍建设要继续发挥政府的主导作用,通过外力创造一个适合社会工作人才培育的社会环境,最终使社会工作法制化与职业化相结合,职业化与本土化相结合。

| Abstract: | social work can be regard as a new generation of profession, It plays an very important role in relieving distress, accelerating development, solving social problem, promoting justice and has become an indispensable part in system of public service .However, The development of social work in gansu province encounters some problems due to its historical condition. Especially, the professional talent construction has become an bottleneck during development. In order to explore current situation of development on social work in this district and discuss the developmental dilemmas and strategies. The current paper has a foundation of field research..The results support a view that government should lead top in this region .Besides creating an friendly and developmental environment by other principals is quite necessary. Integrating legal and professional system with indigenous development can be implied into practice hopefully. |
