| 摘 要： | 本文认为区域比较优势理论、区域结构优化理论和区域市场运作理论能够形成一个比较统一的县域经济发展战略的理论框架，该框架可以简要地概括为：比较优势理论是县域经济的定位理论，结构优化理论是县域经济的定向理论，市场运作理论是县域经济的实施理论。文章进而分析了县域市场运作中的四种类型。

| Abstract: | This paper holds the view that the theory of district comparative advantage, the theory of district structure optimization and the theory of district market operating form an united theory frame of the strategy theory on economic development of county district. The theory can be generalized as: the theory of district comparative advantage is the positioning theory of the county district economy; the theory of district construction optimization is the directional theory on the county economy, and the theory of district market operating is one which brings the above two theories into effect. The paper also analyzes the four types of market operation at county district. |
