| 摘 要： | 社会培训机构特许加盟连锁经营模式上世纪末在我国开始兴起，经过近十年的发展，现已在教育培训行业中形成了一批规模较大、经营良好的地区性或全国性的连锁机构。在这种经营模式下，标准化与个性化、规范化管理与急功近利、规模扩张与质量保证、公益性与功利性的矛盾凸显，文章试图提出解决方案。

| Abstract: | Franchise training institute business mode has been rising since the end of last century.After nearly a decade of development,in the education and training industry,there has been a number of large,well-run regional or national franchise training institutes.In this business model,there are some conflicts between standardized and personalized,standardized management and instant success,the scale of expansion and quality assurance,public welfare and utilitarianism.This article is to propose a solution. |
