论民国时期注音识字语文教育政策的制定依据

摘    要:民国时期的注音识字语文教育政策有语言文字研究的成果作理论基础;有清末切音字运动和日本使用假名注音识字的经验作历史依据;有同时期王璞和晏阳初等领导的研究机构注音识字的实验作现实参照;有吴稚晖这个语文政策的制定者想通过注音识字来普及教育的想法作价值取向;有国民党政府开展识字运动以巩固其统治的党纪政纲作政治保证。

Abstract:The policy of phonetic notation and learning to read that made up during the period of the Republic of China has linguistic outcomes as theoretic foundation,experiences of "Qieyinzi" movement in late Qing dynasty and usage of kana in Japan in phonetic notation and learning to read as historical evidences,experiments by research institute led by Wang Pu and Yan Yangchu and so on at the same period as a mirror,idea that Wu,Zhihui the language policy maker,would like to popularize the education by phonetic notation and learning to read as value preference and party discipline and political program which is used to consolidate political power in the form of "learning to read" movement as political guarantee.
