| 摘 要： | 领导型管理是社会生产力不断发展的客观要求，也是经济时代使然。在社会经济从自然经济到工业经济并向知识经济发展的过程中，领导活动与管理活动从合一混同到相对分离并向超越互补发展，人们对领导与管理关系的认识也从“相同论”到“区别论”并向“耦合论”发展。时代呼唤领导者和管理者做合格的领导型管理者。

People recognize that it is changing from the same to the difference to the coincidence in the leader and management. Our times is calling the leader as a leader of the qualified management type. |
