| 摘 要： | 中国企业债券存在着以下五个问题:一、市场规模小;二、多头监管;三、缺乏价格活力;四、企业债券流动性差;五、市场化运行机制不完善。目前,中国加快发展企业债券市场的条件已经基本具备,应该从以下三个方面予以改革与创新:一、建立市场化监管体制;二、构建合理的流通市场运行框架;三、进一步完善企业债券市场化运行机制。

| Abstract: | There are following five problems in China's enterprise bond market:1.small market scale;2.many-chief supervising;3.short of price vigour;4.poor mobility of enterprise bonds;5.incomplete mechanism of market operation.At present,China has already satisfied the couditions of speedy development of enterprise bond market.The reform and innovation should be going on as follows:1.establish market supervising system;2.build proper framework for the circulation market operation;3.continuously improve the mechanism of enterprise bond market operation. |
