| 摘 要： | 分析了电力教育中心运作不规范、培训内容与实际需求脱节、培训师资水平有待提升等方面的问题.提出了加强培训中心管理、制定符合实际需求的培训计划、创新培训模式和方法、打造过硬师资队伍等解决策略.
