| 摘 要： | 从“发现与整理”、“习惯法”和“社会经济史与区域社会”三个方面对锦屏文书研究进行了简要的综述，认为已有的各学科研究取得了丰硕的成果，但存在研究领域比较单一的局限性。在此基础上，提出了锦屏文书的人类学研究取向，需要从“地方性文化解释”的再解释、“文化整合”功能、象征与符号等六个方面拓展研究空间。

| Abstract: | From three perspectives： discovery and reorganization, folk law, and social economic history and regional social, the paper briefly reviewed the studies of Jinping contracts. The existing research has achieved fruitful results, but the research field is simplicity. The paper puts forward anthropology research orientation of Jinplng contracts. And the same time, the research of Jinping contracts need to expand its researc：h space from six aspects, such as re - interpretation of interpretation of local culture, function of cultural integTation and symbols and sign. |
